Applications:
• Dock Leveller is an adjustable ramp used between the transport vehicle and dispatch area of the
warehouse or factory for efficient material transfer applications. It fulfils the following two
 functions: Bridges the gap between the dispatch area and the transport vehicle and compensates
for variations in the truck bed height. When the DOCK LEVELER is in operation, it is fixed to the
building and rests on the bed of the truck. Depending on the type, the Dock Leveller is placed on
its position manually or power operated.

• Two thick fabric core moulded bumpers, along with Dock leveller placed as part of the building,
acts as a safety cushion for the building and the truck. The rugged design and relatively simple
construction of the Dock Leveller leaves few maintenance requirements. Dock Levellers are one
of the simplest devices, ideally suitable for Indian conditions because of their ease in operation
and ruggedness for not only helping the loading and unloading of trucks easily but also reducing
the turnaround time of trucks very substantially.

Features:
• Every Dock Leveller deck is reinforced with high tensile steel beams.

• Side to side tilt enables leveller to compensate for canted truck beds while avoiding damaging
twisting forces. The tilting system provides maintained tilt, ensuring full contact between dock
leveller lip and truck bed. Maintained tilt avoids costly damage to lift truck tires and steering
which prolong life expectancy of the dock leveller. Side to side tilt compensation is up to 4”.

• Recommended vertical travel and is 300mm above and 300mm below dock leveller. For every
type of machine from HPT to forklifts grade ability to taken into consideration.

• Standard safeties devices are toe guards, maintenance strut and bevelled lip.

• 1 HP electro hydraulic system controlled by a pushbutton station.

• Warranty standard is one year.

• Two bumpers to protect property and the unit provided.

• Unit comes with a control panel.
