At first everything was unfolding as expected…

The big multinationals had carved up the planet among themselves, happy
in the misguided belief that nobody could knock them off their perch.

But just when they least expected it...surprise!!!

We came along and upset their plans!
In 2001 Perfetti and VanMelle, two large organisations with a powerful
international status, finally tied the knot, creating a new manufacturing and
distribution company.
Its name was Perfetti Van Melle, and in a few years it rose from sixth
place to third in the rankings of large confectionery producers.

We started with 7,800 people and now we have over 18,000. 18,000
people, all united by the pleasure of working with Perfetti Van Melle.
Together we’ve overcome many tough challenges, and we’ve grown year
by year. Our turnover has almost doubled, and our product range is
constantly expanding, with new products introduced all the time. In our
29factories we use all our commitment and passion to create products
whose quality just keeps on getting better!

After 10 years of full-on operations, this fantastic marriage is even

stronger and happier!

Do you still love me after 10 years?

Of course! As much as the first day we met!

So what better way could

there be to say thank you than celebrating a wonderful dream that’s
become reality?
From the Far East to India, from Europe to America, across all 5
continents music has changed over these past 10 years, and Perfetti
VanMelle’s driving rhythm can be heard around the world!
