I apply for employment with the Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Company Ltd. (Samref), and certify that the
statements and information in this application are true. I authorize the Company to make such investigations
and inquiries and to receive any information desired in connection with this application including but not
limited to information from any of the organizations listed in my application concerning my previous
employment, education, qualifications or any other information, personal or otherwise, as is necessary for the
Company to make an employment decision, and I release from liability all organizations supplying such
information. I agree to undergo a medical examination on request. I hold the Company, it's agents, and
employees free and harmless from any liability or damages should my application be rejected for any reason
at any stage in the employment process. I understand that any false or misleading information or omission of
any fact by me, whether oral or in writing will be sufficient cause for the company at any time to reject my
application or, if hired, to terminate my employment relationship with the Company with or without notice at
Company’s discretion.
