experiences in the actual teaching-learning process.

while staying at the school.

MNHS teachers?
My relationship with the Monkayo National High School teachers is good. They
helped us through sharing their knowledge and expertise in how to facilitate student
learning. They even motivate us to continue our teaching careers. And every time I
crossed paths with them, I would greet them, and they even responded.

Co-student teachers?
My relationship toward my co-student teacher is good. We had already
experienced a lot of hardships together and we’re able to survived together. We
motivated and helped each other strive harder to reach our goals.

I have established a good relationship with my students. I believe establishing
positive relationships with learners can dramatically enhance their level of motivation
and therefore promote learning since learners will feel supported, they’re more likely to
engage in learning and have a better academic outcome.

What weaknesses have you identified during your practice teaching days?
I have identified a few of my weaknesses during my practice teaching days. I’m
an introvert type of person, which is why it’s hard for me to socialize. I talk in a faster
way, so there’s a tendency for my students to not comprehend what I’m saying.
Sometimes, I even stuttered when talking.
What strengths have you identified during your practice teaching days?
The strengths I have identified during my practice teaching days are that I’m a
patient person. I possess technology skills, and I’m an active listener. I’m very
passionate when it comes to teaching because watching the faces of the students while
discussing gives me a sense of satisfaction. I also smile a lot, which is a good factor
when you are a teacher because that somehow motivates your students.
