Thank you for joining our team of world sea, sun & salsa ambassadors!

LET’S GET DOWN TO BUSINESS!

STEP 1.
GROUP NAME
Tell us which one and we will open it for you. (name of your school or your name, are good group codes)

STEP 2.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Every month you receive more and more applications for the passes - great!
Register all names online at the end of the month, so we can know how many passes you already sold.
If some of the participants are not in our database they cannot pick up their pass in Rovinj.

STEP 3.
HOW TO REGISTER MY GROUP?
1. Open your group account at LINK.
2. Choose tickets HERE and confirm order.
3. In your account, you will be able to see all your registrations and status.
4. After we receive money for a registered order (until the 10th of the next month), we will mark orders paid and
people from that order will receive payment confirmation.
5. An E-ticket will be sent to all registered and paid members of your group 10 days before the festival.

 STEP 4.
PAYMENTS
1. Collect the money from each participant at the end of the month before the prices rise. 
2. Transfer money to our bank account until the 10th of the month. You will receive bank details after registering.

STEP 5.
FREE PASS/ES
1. For every 10 sold passes, you will receive 1x FREE pass - which one? It depends on which passes you sell the most
(e.g. if you sold 9x Freak passes + 1x Full party pass, you will get 1x free freak pass). 
2. Register your FREE pass/es separately.

STEP 6.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE
All registrations will be closed after May 10th, 2023. 
After that date, you will not be able to register new people or change existing registrations.
