Minutes of the regular session of the SK Barangay Council of Tubod, Minglanilla, Cebu held on May 8, 2022, 7 pm
in the evening at Tubod Barangay Hall.

I. CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was call to order at 10 o’clock in the morning by the SK
Chairman Hon. Mae Dianne Deiparine.
II. INVOCATION: a short prayer was led by SK Councilor Juffelson Bastida
III. PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ANTHEM
IV. READING OF THE MINUTES: SK Councilors read the minutes and interacted/suggested
afterward.
V. BUSINESS CALENDAR
A. Suggestions/Programs
A.1 SK Chairman Mae Dianne D. Deiparine suggested to have a “Free Throw Plastic Bottle” and it was
approved by the SK council.
B. Clarifications/Request
B1. SK Councilor Marome Arnet Deiparine clarifies the Four Kalingawan organized by SK Officials such as
Variety Show, Drama, Singing and Dancing Contest for the upcoming fiesta last week of the month of May.
VI. ADJOURMENT: The meeting was adjourned by Hon. Arnet Deiparine duly seconded by
Hon. Jiggy Fernandez.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 pm.
