OATH OF ADMINISTRATRIX

I, HELEN RAMAN of Vunidawa, Naitasiri, Fiji, Domestic Duties, make

oath and say as follows:

1. THAT RANDY RAMAN late of Vunidawa, Naitasiri Fiji died intestate

on 5th day of January 2022 at CWM Hospital, Suva, Fiji and the original
Death Certificate of the deceased is annexed and marked as “HR-1”.

2. THAT I am the lawful wife of RANDY RAMAN late of Vunidawa,

Naitasiri Fiji and the first person entitled to apply for Letters of
Administration Grant to administer the Estate of the Deceased. Annexed
hereto and marked “HR-2” is our original Marriage Certificate.

3. THAT the said deceased was domiciled in Fiji at the time of his death.

4. THAT the Deceased RANDY RAMAN at the time of his death had
Three (3) issues:

JULIE RAMAN Daughter 22nd March 1993
BIGFOOT RAMAN Son 15th June 1996

The above three (3) children are beneficiaries entitled to shares in the Estate of
RANDY RAMAN. Annexed hereto and marked “HR-3”, “HR-4”, “HR-5
are the copies of their Birth Certificates.

4. THAT apart from the issues mentioned in the preceding paragraph the
Deceased had no other issues illegitimate or otherwise to the best of my
knowledge, information and belief.

5. THAT I will administer according to law all the estate which by law
devolves to and vest in the personal representatives of the said deceased
and I will exhibit a true and perfect inventory of the said estate and
render a just and true account thereof whenever required by law so to do
and further do, if so required and render and deliver up the grant of the
Letters of Administration in the High Court of Fiji.

6. THAT the said estate was advertised on the 22nd day of February 2022
in the Fiji Times and the Notice of Advertisement is annexed hereto and
marked “HR-6”.

7. THAT the gross value of the said estate amounts to $1,000,000.00

( ONE MILLION DOLLARS) and no more to the best of my
knowledge, information and belief.

8. THAT the final balance of the said estate after allowance of debts owing
by the deceased at his death and his funeral expenses amounts to
$1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION DOLLARS) and no more to the best
of my knowledge, information and belief.
