months. Sonamarg is also the takeoff station for the drive to Ladakh across the Zojila, a major pass
in the Great Himalayan Range, through which the Srinagar-Leh Road passes.

to delay in departure, the operator will not be responsible for any refunds.

Booking/Confirmation from your end
1. You are requested to drop us an email along with the options you want to opt for so that our
consultant can initiate the booking accordingly and once we receive written confirmation from all the
concerned hotel/houseboat/resorts we will send you an acknowledgment.
2. Please note until booking amount will not reflect in our accounts all confirmations will be treated as
tentative and may lead to booking cancellation if payment was not made by or before the due date
provided.

Payment
1. To secure your reservation you need to make 25% of the total invoice amount as an advance and
remaining balance you have to pay 10 days before the date of arrival.
2. If the payment is not received by the due date we may treat the booking as cancelled.
3. For 4* And 5 * properties full booking amount should transferred before confirmations.
4. Cancellation will be strictly followed as per the hotel policies.
