Sub: Regarding the rti reply-transferred RTI Application(S6(3) to the Executive
Engineer, V.J.N.L., Yettinahole Project Division No.1, Sakleshpur- no reply.
Ref: 1. My R.T.I. Application No. NHAIN/R/E/23/00361 dated 23.01.2023
2. Your reply vide letter no. NHAI/PIU-HSN/31001/1/22/1265 dated 30.01.2023
Sir, I have not yet received any documents/information sought of /reply from the
Executive Engineer, Vishvesharaya Jala Nigam Limited, Yettinahole Project Division No.1,
Sakleshpur-573134 towards my transferred rti application (ref no.1) as per your vide letter (ref
no.2) as cited above in this letter. I have written a cover letter with your reply and IPO of Rs.10
to the Executive Engineer, V.J.N.L, Sakleshpur on 02.0.2023 also. As I mentioned in my R.T.I
Application (cited in Ref.1), the documents are necessary to submit before the Honorable High
Court of Karnataka in my Writ Petition 5481/2022.
Sir, my prayer in this complaint is to assist me to get the certified copy of the
documents/information sought of in my RTI Application (cited ref no.1) from your office itself.
I am attaching the cover letter I have sent to the Executive Engineer, V.J.N.L. Sakleshpur with
this.
