This project will be implemented from October 2020 – July 2021. This will be implemented
throughout the school year.

The school caters to Poblacion I, II and III of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita. There are a
few learners from other nearby barangays and nearby municipalities.

The cost/ amount allotted in this project must be based on the materials. Miscellaneous and
other expenses related to it.

III. PROJECT BACKGROUND

In line with the DEPED’s BE-LCP that learning must continue even in this time of
pandemic, Sta. Teresita Central School supported and crafted its LCP, in which this project is to
be proposed. Based on the survey conducted by the school, MDL is the modality preferred
mostly by parents and learners. In this regard, the distribution and retrieval of module is the top
priority and needs to be addressed appropriately. Linkages to stakeholders like LGU, PTA and
Barangay Officials is a great help.

The school needs resources; human resource and funding source. The school needs
assistance on how the SLMs, the learning materials and outputs be distributed and retrieved to
and from the different barangays that it caters.

Through the support and cooperation of these stakeholders, distribution and retrieval of
SLMs, learning materials and outputs will be less time-consuming and effort-saving to all
concerned.
