SUBJECT: Notice to Proceed – FA4911-22-C-0032 – G&H Latrines and Showers

1. You are hereby notified to proceed with the above referenced project on 13 May 2023 with
the performance required by the terms and conditions of the contract.

2. In accordance with this contract, you have 150 days from the date of this Notice to Proceed
to complete this project. If you are unable to complete this project by 10 October 2023, you
must inform the Contracting Officer as soon as possible. As stated in the contract,
performance will be subject to liquidated damages in the event of a delay.

3. If at any time you believe that this project will be delayed for reasons outside your control
(ie. Weather, security, etc.), please submit a written request to the Contracting Officer for
approval within 10 days of the occurrence. The Contracting Officer is the only person to
approve such a request and grant an extension.

4. Request you acknowledge receipt of this Notice to Proceed by signing this letter and
returning a copy to the Contracting Officer.
