issued notice having reference no. 2021-RTP-20220518-00483 dated 18/05/2022, u/s 25
of Sales Tax Act, 1990 to provide the certain record/ documents being maintained u/ s 22 of
the Act.

Primarily, it is stated that the registered address of the taxpayer you have mentioned in the
aforesaid notice is incorrect, the correct address is Office no. 2 Opposite Old WAPDA Office
Balambat Timergara Lower Dir Khyber Pukhtunkhwa.

Secondly, The taxpayer is a contractor and has worked on different projects of

hydroelectricity in the PATA region.
