Subject: Request for a fee concession in R/O Manahil Fatima, grade 6th .

Madam,

I am writing to request a fee concession for my child Manahil Fatima who is currently studying in Grade
6 White at your esteemed institution. As a retired widow, it has become difficult for me to manage the
financial burden of my child's education.

I would like to bring to your attention that I have been a regular and sincere payer of the school fees for
the past 7 years. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am facing financial constraints and
unable to pay the fees on time. I hope you understand my situation and consider my request for a fee
concession for my child's education.

I would like to assure you that my child is a diligent and hardworking student and will continue to strive
for excellence in academics and extracurricular activities. I believe that my child deserves to continue
her education in your esteemed institution without any hindrances, and a fee concession would be of
great help to me.

I kindly request you to consider my application and provide the necessary fee concession for my child's
education. I assure you that I will continue to abide by the school rules and regulations and ensure that
my child maintains discipline and academic excellence.
