We are looking at more than 10 opportunities, across different sectors of the advanced

energy transition: All growth platforms, with proven technologies, whose deployment is yet to
be done and where most of the investment will be greenfield. We will have a true hands-on
approach supporting asset creation on the ground

 To build the biomethane platform we are analyzing 4 different opportunities, 4 portfolios,

one of them we will be presenting binding offer next week, and the other 3 are in DD phase.
I will go into detail in a moment.

 We are also working to build a Hydrogen platform, and we are analyzing a pipeline of
projects all under development. We have signed NDAs and we are in conversations with
the developers.

 In Waste to X we have an opportunity to invest in a plastic waste chemical recycling

platform in Spain. It is an American company whose business plan is to build-own-operate
Chemical Recycling systems. They will have their first commercial scale chemical recycling
plant in the USA in late 2023, and they are looking for a European partner for the
deployment of its technology in Europe and in Spain. We have NDA signed and starting
technical DD. The company

 We are also looking at Carbon Capture and storage opportunity in Spain. We have signed
an NDA with an American company that is looking for a partner to deploy its carbon capture
technology in Spain

 Finally, we are looking at opportunities in energy efficiency and in biomass.

 We have looked at 2 opportunities in Electrical Vehicle charging infrastructure, but they

came in July and it was too early for us
