living in Byron Bay, your favourite place in the world. You really love the
house because its facilities: the swimming pool, the garden, the
huge living room…

However, you can only spend your holidays

there if this family chooses your house to
spend their holidays as well. So, now it’s
your turn to describe and offer your house
to them. You really love their house, so
you need to sell yours in a very attractive
way.

For that, follow the steps below:

● Record yourself for 2:00 to 2:30 minutes
● Introduce yourself and the topic
● Mention where is your house located
● Describe your house and surroundings (especially the positive
aspects). You can invent it, it doesn’t need to be your ideal
house.
● Tell why should your house be chosen to spend a great holiday
● Close video with a final sentence
