Dear Directors of Warwick Estates:

I live at 59 Telegraph Place, London, E14 9XA for nearly 3 years now. I am writing you this letter
regarding the new car park permit based rule you want to enforce starting with the 14/02/2023. I
understand the purpose of the rule and I completely agree with it. At the same time it put me and
my family in a sort of impossible situation. We have a private car, Peugeot 308, that I share with my
wife and another Citroen Berlingo which is the car that I’m working with it. Both of them are ULEZ
friendly and they are of a medium size. I am working for a company called Lightning and Fire Safety
Systems and we are an electrical contractor for a number of commercial locations around London,
east, south east and south of United Kingdom. The job what I’m doing implies to travel at any hour
to the locations from where we received a call out. Basically, I can’t do the job without a car. I have
tools and equipments which I can’t take them to travel on public transport let alone if the call out is
at the night time.

At this moment I don’t know what I can do; I can’t give up to my job, I can’t give up to the other car,
I can’t move. I can’t move because moving elsewhere implies more time. I need to give a 2 months
notice, I have to find another place etc. All of this it can’t be done in the time frame that you gave
me. When we chose to move here the main reason was the ample car park at this address. Now
suddenly everything changes in such a short time.

This is the reason of my letter and I respectfully ask you to offer me an option to park inside of the
car park at my address.
