Kwentong Jollibee: Kahera

The digital video tells the story of a new Jollibee cashier who receives
consistent, constructive criticism from an elderly regular customer. The final scenes
reveal the true relationship between the two women: the elderly woman is the
cashier's grandmother, who maintains a close eye on her apo ("grandchild") to ensure
that she is properly trained to do her job well and succeed. Since it is a
commemoration of Grandparents Day Special, the intended audience consists of
grandparents.
Its purpose is to celebrate or bond with a loved one by sharing Jollibee's
specialties, to have self-confidence when working, and to always have a smile on your
face when serving a customer.
I believe that one of its core values is that in order to be successful in customer
service, one must be patient and obedient. Obeying our parents or other loved ones
can help us develop and become better at what we do.

Technical Code
In "Kwentong Jollibee: Kahera," the technical code of the video calls for the
use of high-quality cameras and equipment, such as the use of high-resolution
cameras to capture the scenes, lighting strategies to create a warm and welcoming
atmosphere, and sound effects to improve the viewer's experience. Another trick
utilized to give the video a theatrical atmosphere and draw the spectator in is the use
of slow motion and close-up shots.

Symbolic Code
The Jollibee brand acts as a code in "Kwentong Jollibee: Kahera." Many
Filipinos are familiar with the Jollibee brand as a dining destination where they may
get together with friends and family to share meals. The brand stands for a feeling of
coziness, connection, and warmth. This symbolism is employed in the film to suggest
that Jollibee is a location where people can gather and form friendships despite their
busy daily schedules.

Written Code
The dialogue in "Kwentong Jollibee: Kahera" is conducted in Tagalog, the
official language of the Philippines. This gives the movie a more regional feel and
improves its audience relatability. The text that follows the video's conclusion
highlights the story's lesson and urges viewers to visit Jollibee. "So you're next,"
which translates to "Kaya ikaw na ang susunod" in English, exhorts viewers to visit
Jollibee and partake in the friendliness and connection that the restaurant brand
represents.
