Terms & Conditions for Demo Arena Contest for April 2023

1. The contest runs between 24th April 2023 to 28th April 2023.

2. The term ‘Company’ refers to Leo Prime Services Limited or sometime mentioned as LeoPrime

3. The ‘Agreement’ refers to the Terms and Conditions as laid out in this document.
4. Registration will be open between 3rd April 2023 to 23rd April 2023 and you can start
trading from 24th April 2023 onwards.
5. Contest account type: Demo ECN
6. The fixed deposit amount in the clients Demo ECN account will be USD 5,000.
7. Fixed Leverage: 1:200
8. Minimum volume of one order: 0.01
9. Maximum volume of one order: 100
10. Margin call: 50%
11. Stop out: 30%
12. EAs and locking: Not Allowed
13. Traders will be ranked based on their equity and the top ten traders will be classed as the
winners of the contest.
14. The contest Rankings will be updated every 24 hours.
15. The Traders must hold the position for at-least 5 minutes. If failed to fulfill this condition,
the trade will not be considered as valid trades.
16. Requirements for winning the prize:
- Minimum quantity of trades must be 5, with minimum volume of 5 standard lots.
- To be rated among ten best traders by equity.
17. Registration: New users, as well as existing users, can also participate in this contest:
a) New users can register an account with LeoPrime by logging in to our website
https://www.leoprime.com/contest/
b) Existing users can access the Contest menu by logging into their ‘Personal Area’
(https://www.leoprime.com/user/). The menu will display important information such as
any ongoing contests. The clients can create their contest account by clicking on the
“Create a Contest Account” button. An email to confirm the details about the contest
account will be sent to the registered email id as soon as the account is created.

18. LeoPrime will not be responsible for any losses that you may suffer during trading.

19. If traded in Crude OIL (XTIUSD), 10 Standard lots is considered as 1 Standard lot.
20. LeoPrime reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this contest without
any prior notice in case there is evidence which confirms any violation or breach of this
document.
21. LeoPrime reserves the right to cancel the contest without any prior notice if we find that
there is a serious violation or breach of the terms and conditions. Also, any consequences
occurred due to this cancellation will not be borne by the company, legal or otherwise.

22. A client who is participating in this contest, if found to commit fraud or illegal activity, will
thereby automatically have their account cancelled without prior notice. This includes the
immediate cancellation of any transactions carried out that are related to the account.
LeoPrime will not be liable for any consequences arising out of this termination.
23. Every client is allowed a maximum of one contest account. If several contest accounts
are found belonging to one person (or if such suspicions arise, including an IP address
match, contact info match, etc.), then all the contest accounts will be immediately
cancelled, your trades will be cancelled, and your account will be blocked.
24. The Company reserves the right to decline or reject the participant without explaining
the reason.
25. The Company reserves the right to amend or modify the contest terms and
conditions without prior notice.
26. The official language of the Agreement is British English. In case of variant readings of
translated versions of the Agreement, the Agreement in English is only considered as a
prior reference standard.

Winners and Rewards:

1. The Total Prize Pool amount is USD 2000*.

2. Calculations will be done in USD only.

3. Top 10 participants will be rewarded the money prizes as shown in the Table 1 below:

How to Claim your Contest winner reward?

1. Login into the Personal Area Cabinet.

2. In the “My Profile” tab, open the “Edit Profile” and fill all the required fields.
3. Then Click on “Upload Document” section, upload a Document showing your Proof of Address and
a second Document that confirms your Identity.
4. If the account is verified, please reach us via Live Chat or send an email to support@leoprime.com
requesting for the Contest Winner reward and it will be credited within 24-48 Hours from the time
of Contest Winner reward requested by the client from their registered email id.
