DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, PURIFICACION MANGUBAT, married to AUGUSTO DIMAANDAL, resident


of Barangay Talisay, Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines, for and in consideration of the sum of
THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (P 300,000.00) Philippine Currency, to me on hand and
paid by ISIDRO D. BULAHAN, married to ELENA M. BULAHAN, Filipinos, residents of
Barangay Talisay, Lipa City, Batangas, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have sold,
transferred and conveyed, these present do hereby SELL, TRANSFER, AND CONVEY by
way of Absolute Sale unto the said vendees a portion or five hundred twenty (520) square
meters of a parcel of land with improvements thereon, described as follows:

original survey, Mar. 1925-Feb. 1930 and that of the subdivision survey, Mar. 1
2003, and was approved on May 13, 2003.

That I hereby warrant to defend the same unto the said Vendees against all lawful
claims of whomsoever claimants; further, hereby agree to have the title of the above-
mentioned property be transferred in the name of the Vendee on accordance with Act 496.
