    This study will be conducted through a qualitative approach and will not utilize the
    Statistical Treatment. A step-by-step procedure can be that demonstrated below on how qualitative
    data analysis functions.

    1. Define Your Goals


    - Before conducting a study, the researchers must set clear objectives on what to
    outcomes to achieve during the collection of data. This can enable the researchers
    in deciding which analyzing tools and techniques that is compatible with the chosen
    topic.

    2. Collect Your Data


    - As the researchers collect data from their participants, Excel is an excellent tool in
    storing data as their sources can be easily managed both internally and externally.

    3. Clean Your Data


    - In this process, data cleaning prepares data for analysis by removing or modifying
    inaccurate, incomplete, irrelevant, redundant, or improperly formatted data. It is a
    vital step for the researchers to consider as it can ensure the received data and
    answers generated are accurate.

    4. Integrate Data Analysis Tools


    - Depending on the set of goals, researchers may opt for pre-trained text analysis
    solutions in this step.

    5. Analyze Your Data


    - To achieve the study’s goals, the researchers must use data analysis tools to
    comprehend and interpret the data. The process of the data analysis where value is
    extracted from the data is important as these tools can help the researchers once
    integrated with the study.

    6. Visualize Your Data


    - The results of the data analysis are presented using data visualization tools in an
    appealing and understandable manner. The researchers may summarize data and
    identify insights, trends, and relationships using several data sources.
    7. Draw Your Conclusions
    - Lastly, the researchers can now compare the outcomes to the objectives set from
    the start of the study. If the gathered information is insufficient enough, collecting
    again data will be continued until the results are achieve through the set goals.
