HOW TO MAKE KETO PIZZA CRUST WITH ALMOND FLOUR | KETO PIZZA BASE

RECIPE | NO CHEESE NO CAULIFLOWER

KETO PIZZA BASE RECIPE:


2 1/4 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp Xanthum gum (optional)
1/2 tsp Redmond Sea Salt
1 egg
1/2 cup olive oil

KETO PIZZA BASE RECIPE DIRECTIONS:


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line round baking pan with parchment paper.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. While combining dry ingredients, make a
tunnel.
Add egg and olive oil. Combine until mixture forms a dough.
Using clean hands spread dough mixture onto baking pan.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Add toppings of choice and return to the oven on BROIL for 3-4 minutes.
