builds supportive relations; 2) It helps to unwind, relax and “recharge the battery”. It is said that recreational
activities are proven to improve one's health by keeping the body engaged in a physical activity, help manage
anxiety and stress, and rebuild social skills that was hampered by lockdowns due to the global pandemic.
