Acknowledgement
it is great pleasure for me to Undertake this
school observation report I would like to be thankful
to our director our HOD sir and our faculty teachers
for their constant support and guidance in completing
my school observation report.
I would like to give my special gratitude to my
parents who gave me every opportunity to keep my
step ahead.
I extend my gratitude to my classmates and
specially to my team members for their unconditional
support.
Special thanks must be given to the principal
teachers and student of girl’s middle school
nawaganj , hazaribag . for their feedback love and
support with which i learnt many good things.
as per the B.Ed CURRICULUM a school observation
internship program is to be completed. it is the
privilege of the student to attend such internship
program that is much rewarding so far as the
experience of the trainee is concerned.
I , anand kumar along with my team memberS have
got the opportunity to complete school observation
internship program in girl’s middle school nawaganj
Hazaribag.

Description of School
THE name of School IS girl’s middle School
nawaganj was established on 1905 and it is located
in urban area , it is in sadar block of Hazaribag
district of Jharkhand. it is managed by the
department of education government of JHARKHAND
all the FUNDS FOR THE SCHOOL are PROVIDED BY the
Government of JHARKHAND to the school.
the school consists of grades from 1 to 8 the
school is co-educational and it haS attached
pre- primary section. in this school Academy session
start in May.
Medium of instruction : - Hindi is the medium of
instruction in this school.
About infrastructure : - the School has
government building & it has got 5 class rooms for
instructional purposes . all classrooms are good in
condition. a principal room is worked as all official
work and one classroom is used as store room in which
essential materials such as books ,playing kits , mid
day meal substances and old documents are kept .this
school is situated at the centre of main city . the
area of school is not so large but there is sufficient
space for playing and other physical activities .
THERE ARE ABOUT 6 TO 8 PLANTS WHICH MAKE THE
ENVIRONMENT PEACFUL AND PLEASANT . THE FOUR WALLS
SRROUND THE SCHOOL .
The School has electric connection. the source of
drinking water in the school is hand pump and it is
functional the School has one boys toilet and and two
girls toilet and both the toilets are functional,
the School has a playground and the student doesn't
need Ramp for disable children to access classrooms.

the education facilities from class 1 to 8 in Hindi
medium in which total 108 students . THIS SCHOOL IS
ESTABLISHED ONLY FOR GIRLS BUT BY THE MERGER POLICY
OF GOVERNMENT ANOTHER SCHOOL IS MERGED WHICH WAS
ONLY FOR BOYS SO NOW IN THIS SCHOOL GIRLS AS WELL AS
BoYs are sTUdYing . in This school’s camPUs disTricT
OFFICE OF DISABLED CHILDREN IS RUNNING .

About teaching staff : -
in this school there are 3 teachers including
headmaster which is not sufficient as per student
enrollment. all teachers are well qualified trained
and experienced and all are honest towards their
profession and responsibilities.

mid day meal


the school holds a specific room for mid day meal
preparation for the students the raw material for
mid day meal IS provided by government to the school.
in the mid day Meal daily new dishes are prepared by
the working servants which belongs from the nearby
places and appointed by the school under the
government suggestion to prepare meal for the
students . the eating utensils are provided to
students by the school .

amount of the dish is serveD to principal to ensure
that the food is healthy and will go, and would not
affect the health of the children.

Morning ASSEMBLY
morning assembly : - the staff member have to
reach the school by 7:00 a.m and the morning assembly
starts in the school By 7:15 a.m before assembly the
students used to clean their classes and school
campus . after that all the students are instructed
to stand height wise in the QUEUE of their respective
classes. the teachers present and guide during
assembly . it is started from exercise by the students,
and proceed by following ways : -
1. pRayeR
2. PLEDGE
3. general knowledge questions
4. news reading
5. national anthem
6. slogans

Interpersonal relation : - the interpersonal


relationship between teachers and student are very
effective and productive . in the classroom the
behaviour of teacher is very cooperative and
comfortable towards the students, All students are
obedient to their teachers.
induction of the lesson : - before the chapter
start a teacher gives introduction in a simple way.
method 0f teaching and device used BY THE teachers TO
start the chapter with the help of introduction skill
and then teacher teaches the whole chapter with
explanation skill and with the help of charts and
other audio visual aids . during the class teacher ask
question to the students which help them to develop
thinking ability about the topic . teacher makes the
classroom and chapter interesting with the help of
many teaching aIDS such AS CHALK,Duster, blackboard,
map, calendar, picture, extra.

Conclusion
this is the most important and new experience for me .
to become a good and effective teacher this
observation program helped me a lot to enhance my
knowledge about the school as a teacher .through
this phase of internship , I got an opportunity to
contribute a little from my capacity to school .
It is a great experience for me and exposure . over
all this experience is the best and help me to use in
future .
