*Cisco Webex Meetings- Examinees are required to download and install the Cisco Webex Meetings Application on their
desktop/laptop before their scheduled examination batch

DAY/S BEFORE the examination date, please FOLLOW & EXPECT the following EMAILs

*Email from IC-ACE online containing details of exam and link for the registration to the exam schedule in Webex,

*Once registered, an email approval from IC ACE webex with join meeting link, number and password must be
received.
Note:

• Examinees are required to register in WEBEX asap or within the prescribe time upon receipt of the email with
link from IC ACE Online
• Late and Registration on the day of examination might result to non approval and exclusion on the scheduled
examination
• Make sure email address submitted to Prulifeuk UK must be the one to use upon registration on the link,
otherwise, registration will be rejected.

ON THE DAY OF EXAMINATION

*Log-in/ Join Meeting at least 30 minutes before exam schedule

Enter the meeting room with the provided meeting password and meeting number
* A pop up dialog box/window will appear once the examinee has clicked the link for the meeting.

*Prior to joining the meeting, the examinee will need to update the Display Name and Email Address. The format for the
Display name will be as follows: <Company><Space><Type of Exam><Space><Last Name, First
Name>; example: CompanyA VARIABLE Dela Cruz, Juan

Use of cellphones and tablets are strictly prohibited.

*Please follow the instruction of the proctor after the steps above.
