11. At the end of the session, please click “Agenda”. Move your cursor to the Pre-Survey
banner and swipe right. You will find the e-Evaluation Form
(https://forms.gle/2g7HDP8S9GMJ2BYJ9) banner. You are required to complete the
evaluation form for e-certificates issuance.

12. In case you logged out from the Hubilo, you may log in again click the “Join the
community now” button in the email received from Team Hubilo.

13. Hubilo platform is best to be viewed on Google Chrome (latest version 90) / Windows 10
(Microsoft OS) / 10.15.5 (MAC OS)). You are required to refresh the website frequently to
receive any new notification.
