In this era of evolving world politics, it is important to be cognizant and

enlightened. Therefore, it brings us immense pleasure in announcing the
second edition of Swaraj Model United Nations. This conference
encompasses a multitude of committees where the ideas of diplomacy and
world peace shall be the guiding light. We would like to encourage all the
budding diplomats to come and experience the thrill first-hand.

 General Instructions
• The medium of communication during the conference should be
English.
• The registration fee is inclusive of all stationery, conference material
and some snacks.
• The study guide, rules of procedure and itinerary will be provided to all
the delegates.
• Delegates participating in the conference are supposed to carry their
lunchboxes and water bottles.
• Delegates found violating the decorum of the conference shall be
penalized accordingly by the teacher-in-charge.
• Any request for change in the allotment will not be entertained.
• The decision of the Presiding Officers will be final and binding to all.
Registration Process

• Interested students may collect the registration form

from their respective class teachers on 19th May, 2023.
• The signed form is to be duly submitted along with the
fee to the class teacher on 20th May, 2023.
• Any submission after the deadline will not be
entertained.
• The fee would be non-refundable once submitted.
