Paragraph 5 of the Moot Proposition requires correction

“5. In 1951, the practice of Samadhi-Samarpan was challenged in the High Court of Judicature at
Hooghlypuram. A five-judge bench of the High Court of Joysthal ruled in favour of the age-old
practice.”

Correction: Instead of High Court of Judicature at Hooghlypuram, it should be read as High Court of
Judicature at Joysthal.

Paragraph 18 of the Moot Proposition requires correction

“18. On 4th March 2020, the Supreme Court took suo moto cognizance of the statement made by Mr
Narang Gangaputra in his press conference dated 21st February 2022”

Correction: Date mentioned as 4th March 2020 should be read as 4th March 2022.
