The last day of the INSET started with wrapping up activities and summarizing the lessons
learned for the past days. Teachers were also given additional time to finish the outputs that were
not submitted. Furthermore, teachers were also subjected to a mid-year review and asked to
provide the prepared MOVs for their IPCRF. Some outputs were also submitted online.

With the outputs that were passed, the attendees provided their reflection on what they
have learned for each day of the INSET. In addition to that, an evaluation form was also answered
by the attendees to check their commitments on the application of the insights that they have
learned. Most importantly, guidance was provided with teachers who were having difficulty in
achieving the goals.

The attendee’s learning was shown on the reflection that they have submitted. They have
learned about assessment, IPCRF review as well as the objectives of the OPCRF. With these
learnings, it will surely help and guide them in the performance of their duties as a teacher.
