DOs:

1. You shall take permission from the Company for usage of Company logo and brand name (PBPartners and Poliybazaar).
2. Where a permission has been granted by the Company, to use the logo and brand name, it is only for the purposes of your
agreed usage of the brand name or logo.
3. Where permission has been granted by the Company, you shall be bound by the legal requirements as under.
(a) the provisions of the Insurance Act, 1938 and IRDA Act, 1999, and the Rules, Regulations, Guidelines and Circulars
flowing out of the same including Guidelines on Advertisement, Promotion & Publicity of Insurance Companies, and
insurance intermediaries, and Guidelines on Distance Marketing and Sale Process Verification of Insurance Products.
(b) Guidelines specified by the ASCI including Influencer Advertising in Digital Media and the Code for Self-regulation for
Advertising in India.
(c) Any other laws applicable from time to time.
4. Where permission has been granted by the Company, you shall specify the correct benefits of the product or service to
avoid misleading messages and claims to the consumers.
5. Where permission to use the brand name and logo on social media, has been granted by the Company, you shall use the
correct disclosure labels as per the applicable law, elaborating specifics for disclosures i.e., Advertisement, Ad,
Sponsored, Collaboration, Partnership, (whichever applicable).
6. You shall only use the high resolutions logo images or materials received from the Company for the permitted purpose. I
shall not modify the logo or brand name.
7. Where permission is granted to use the logo, you shall ensure that the placement of logo is next to the Company address
or contact details.
8. Wherever, the logo and brand name of the Company are being used, the following standard disclaimer shall be used:
“PBPartners is a brand of Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Private Limited and does not endorse or warrant any
information provided in this [video/post/material etc.]” (whichever is applicable).
9. You shall ensure that the logo and brand name of the Company shall be of the same size and prominence as that of the
partner logo.

DONTs:

1. Do not to use the brand name, trademarks, logos, web pages, screenshots and other brand features of the Company
unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Company.
2. You cannot authorize any third-party for the usage of brand name and logo.
3. Where permission has been granted by the Company, you cannot to use the brand name or logo of the Company for any
promotion or TV commercial or on any marketing material which falls within the purview of the IRDAI regulations and for
which the Company is obligated to take approval from IRDAI.
4. You agree that any use of logo and the brand name in any activity, whether digital or offline, which have no relevance to
insurance business is not allowed.
5. Where permission has been granted by the Company, you shall only use the brand name and the logo only for purpose or
activity, which is not, either directly or indirectly, intended to solicit the insurance business, but only promotes the brand
image of the Company and for a purpose that has been specified or agreed to, by the Company.
