    Islamic Relief is an international humanitarian development
    organization founded in 1984 by a group of post graduate
    students. With an active presence in more than 45 countries
    worldwide, Islamic Relief has many offices in Birmingham,
    United Kingdom.

    Islamic Relief has helped 120 million people since its operation.
    The scope of Islamic Relief includes emergency relief,
    integrated sustainable development and disaster risk
    reduction.

    The establishment of Islamic Relief was officiated by YAB Tun


    Dr. Mahathir Mohamad in 2005. Today, Islamic Relief Malaysia
    serves as a fundraising office and implementer of local and
