Rice with seafood

Ingredients
 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
 ½ red onion, minced
 3 garlic cloves, minced
 2 tablespoons of yellow chili paste
 1 grated tomato
 ½ teaspoon dried oregano
 1 bay leaf
 ¼ cup of achiote oil
 ½ cup of white wine
 1 Kg seafood mix
 2 cups of cooked rice
 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
 Salt and pepper
Instructions
Avoid darkening the screen while cooking this recipe.
1) In a large skillet, heat the oil and brown the
onion for about 3 minutes. Add the garlic and
continue cooking a couple more minutes.
2) Add the yellow pepper, tomato, oregano, bay
leaf, and achiote oil. Cook an additional 5
minutes.
3) Add the wine and reduce. Add the shellfish,
then the rice, cilantro, salt, and pepper.
4) Mix everything well and serve. It should be
juicy.
