Bizom monthly recurring charges for MSL up to 300 users 300
Post 300 users, each user will be charged 5 USD per month.

4. Change Request Management Process

Captured here is the change control process that will be followed alongside the standard
weekly project cadence. The high-level steps for change control include:
1. New change request (CR) – Trade Kings project team raises the change(s) required
including detailed functional requirements with the Mobisy account management
team.
2. CR impact assessment – Mobisy team assesses the CR including any clarifications
required and identifies solution options from standard configuration to
customizations.
3. CR timeline and cost – Based on the impact assessment Mobisy team to share
commercial impact and delivery timeline.
4. CR Approval – Trade Kings team to approve the CR including commercial terms &
timelines if any.
5. Development – Mobisy team starts development of the CR as per the shared plan.
6. Testing – End to end testing including user acceptance testing working with the
Trade Kings team.
7. Deployment and Roll Out – Roll out the changes to the platform and hand over the
system/process changes to the Trade Kings project execution and Mobisy support
teams.

Any changes in request post step 4 will result in updated timeline & cost.

13. Customer Responsibilities

1. SPOC - Appoint a SPOC with Software and Customer business understanding,


to interface with the Bizom team. This person should be fluent in English.
2. IT analyst/MIS - Recommended to have a dedicated resource to manage
master data and Bizom admin functions. For larger deployment more members
may be required.
3. Master data - Provide master data as per Mobisy templates in line with the
agreed project plan and ensure the data quality is as per Mobisy guidelines.
4. Training - Ensure that the Customer team members(s) are made available for
training as per the agreed plan. All training will be conducted in English only.
5. Training / Workshop facilities - Provide required facilities for training and
workshops. It is the responsibility of the Customer to manage all the associated
logistics.
6. Documentation – Bizom will provide all necessary documentation digitally and

physically in English. Any documentation required in the local language for
training and internal circulation will have to be developed by the Customer.

14. Important Terms & Conditions

1) Applicable taxes if any will be added over and above the quoted prices.
2) Invoice payment term is 15 days. All invoices issued herewith are subject to
reconciliation as per point 10 mentioned below.
3) Master Data Management Support for 15 days from the effective date and training of
Bizom SPOC are included in Setup cost.
4) Recurring per user license charges are payable in quarterly advance.
5) Standard Support, Hosting Charges, Software Maintenance upgrades are included in
recurring license costs.
6) Recurring charges are applicable from Commencement date. This date is the day
when the 1st user Goes Live on Bizom.
7) Premium Support can be provided at an additional charge.
8) Users include every user created on the system i.e. sales executives, area
managers, regional managers, national head, MIS, distributors, warehouse
managers, admin etc.
9) Any users listed as being created only for hierarchy but logging on to the platform will
subsequently be charged.
10) Integrations and Customizations and additional Services (if any) required will be
estimated & charged separately. Customers will not own any intellectual property
rights over the custom features built and Mobisy will be free to license such features
to other customers.
11) Any change in taxes will be additionally applicable to the account of the Customer.
12) A COLA , based 5% YOY increase in license & other fees is applicable from
1st Feb 2024.
13) This pricing proposal is valid until 20-01-2023.
14) Recurring charges have to be paid in Quarterly Advance.
