Good day!

Our business is on the stage of expansion and we are looking for a commercial space that we will use as our
“base of operations” – for stockkeeping and training.

We have recently viewed your property at Banawe de Sta Rosa and Kayla was very gracious in showing us
the available spaces. The space at Extension II – 3 rd floor C15 for 18,400 Php per month has taken our
interest. I understand that we still need to invest further with AC, sliding doors and other fit-outs for this
space.

Being a brand-owner and proprietor, I am looking for a long term partner and a Return of the investment
for what I will put in this new endeavor.

I would like to formally express my intent to rent your space for a continuous term of 3 years. Provided
that we forgo/drop the 5% annual rent increase.

I hope to hear back from you at the soonest as I plan to make this shift by end of this month – hopefully it
is to your property.

We do have some other options available to us so please let us know what your decision is so I can make a
disposition on which property partner we will be taking in.
