The product is viscous liquid comprising mainly of Filtered Water, Pomegranate Juice from concentrate (25%), Sugar,
Acidifier Citric Acid (E-330),Tri sodium citrate (E-331) , Stabilizers: Carboy methyl cellulose (E466) and Guar gum(E-412),
Antioxidant Ascorbic Acid (E-300), Preservatives: Sodium Benzoate (E-211), Potassium sorbet(E-202), Permitted Food
Color FD&C RED 40 (E-129) Artificial Flavor.
Sugar dissolved in treated water, filtered and added in Mixing tank. Pomegranate Juice added in the Mixing tank,
Stabilizers, Acid, Color and Flavor also added in mixing tank. Batch standardized by the addition of treated water,
checked by the process operator and Quality Control Inspector. After QC approval product pasteurized to 95 C ̊,
homogenized, hot filled at 82 C ̊, cooled to ambient temperature, coded, labeled and packed in trays/ cartons.
