INTRODUCTION

Background of the Study

Purpose of the Study

The main purpose of the project is to develop a management system for ADA Agricultural
Manufacturing Corporation (Urdaneta Branch) and to lessen the time and effort being consumed during
evaluation of sales reports of the company. The following are the specific purposes:

1. To provide an organized way of managing products and user accounts.

2. To provide fast and reliable issuance of invoice.
3. To provide sales and inventory report that support decision making management to the said
company.

Scope and Delimitation

The Agricultural Farm Machinery Trading Management System will be designed to manage products,
user accounts, invoices, and sales and inventory reports for the company. The system will allow users to
search for and browse products, view details and specifications, and place orders. The system will
include a database to store information on products, prices, customers, orders, invoices, and user
accounts.
However, the system will not cover the shipping and logistics of products, as this will be
arranged separately by the company or a third-party provider. The system will not handle financial
transactions or payment processing.

Significance of the Study

This system strives to further promote efficient and effective methods to facilitate the selection of
equipment for will be used by clients.

Inventory the system helped the inventory to organize each piece of machinery by name and batch
number.
