Facilities that are most needed in my area

The lack of facilities in my/AN area is a topic often discussed, but rarely solved. Many people
believe that art museums or perhaps educational organizations are the most needed. In this
essay I will discuss two of the most necessary facilities that are truly needed.
On the one hand, the first such building of great importance would be a car park. This may not
sound like such a big deal, although the truth is that nowadays many of us cannot park their car
around the centre of the city due to lack of free spaces. The solution to this issue would be
constructing a car park. If the government would fund such place, then people would be able to
easily park their cars without any problems.
On the other hand, another such facility to consider would be a sport centre. Many people live
their days while being blissfully unaware of how truly important regular exercises are. By
spending just about thirty minutes a day with workout or other outdoor activities you do not
only become fitter, thus healthier but you also manage to release stress. By building a centre
where people would be able to do such activities, they would be motivated to do more physical
exertion.
In light of the above, the two greatest facilities to construct around my area would be a car park
and a sports facility. However, the sports building would be the one with the most benefits,
since not only would people benefit from a healthier life, but also a healthier mind .
