NARRATIVE REPORT

Our class today, March 10, 2023 was done virtually due to the jeepney strike. Our group

decided to have an online meeting to accomplish some tasks and our group leader, Vea Longakit

took the lead to our meeting. She explained the things we need to accomplish and distributed

individual tasks so that everyone will have a contribution to our reports.

Before the meeting proper started, our leader took the attendance first so that she can note

the present and the absent. Then she introduced the officers of the group that she appointed. She

announced that Ms. Montoya is the group’s assistant leader, Mr. Roamar is the Documentation

head, and Ms. Banzales is the treasurer. Our leader also discussed the fund report because we

started to collect 5 pesos last meeting so that we have funds if we need to print our reports. The

meeting went good and smooth, we had so much fun because our groupmates were jolly. The

rest of the group teasing our leader saying “okay po ma’am” because the meeting went like a

formal-like class.

Mr. Rod is the one who documented the whole meeting. And finally, around 11:49 we

ended our discussion and started doing our tasks.
