Water Jacketed Manufacturing Vessel is made out of SS316 quality material contact parts having
jacket of SS304 material. The shell and bottom of vessel made from 4 mm thick SS316 quality
material. The shell & bottom of jacket made out of 4 mm thick SS 304 quality material. Jacket shall
be insulated with 50 mm thick mineral wool and covered with SS304 16 SWG material. The vessel
shall be supported on 04 nos. legs made out of SS 304 pipe.

(03) Packing, Forwarding, Freight & Insurance : Included / F.O.B. Mumbai.

(04) Delivery : Ready for “FAT” within 16 to 18 weeks from the date of
receipt of your technically and commercially clear order with advance
payment. Delivery date will be start from date of receiving of your advance
payment in our account.

(05) Payment : 40% advance with purchase order & balance 60 % against
pro-forma invoice before dispatch of the equipment, but after your
inspection OR L/C of any bank which have confirmation branch in India and
intermediate bank of US or Europe

(06) Installation & Commissioning : You have to send your technical

team to our plant and our team will train your team for installation.

(07) Price Validity : As the raw material market is very unstable, our offer is
valid up to 30 days. There after the same is subject to our confirmation in
writing. Also note that, if required technical specifications were not given at
the time of making this offer, we might revise our quotation after receiving
the new technical specifications, if changes are to be made in the machine or
the optional equipment’s to suit your product.

(08) Trial & Trial Material: Trial material as per quantity asked for, should be
provided to us free of cost for conducting our in-house trials at our works.
The material should be delivered to our works at Ahmedabad, with freight &
all miscellaneous expenses fully paid. The other expenses for trial run will be
borne by you. All the miscellaneous expenses which ever may be done for
trial will be in your account.
(09) Inspection: As soon as the machines is ready, you can depute your technical personnel
for inspection of the machines at your cost and expense. If any minor modifications are
required, (Out of our offered & decided) we will carry out the same without any charges.
For all major modifications (Out of offered & decided), you will have to pay charges
offered by us, for the changes you will required.

(10) Training of your technical personnel : We will be pleased to train your

technician/s on the working, lubrication and maintenance of our machines, free of cost at
out factory in Ahmedabad. You will have to bear their return fair, boarding, lodging,
conveyance and pocket expenses. It is must for out station customer to train your technical
person, before dispatch of the equipment.

(11) Output : The output mentioned in our offer is subject to the type of materials &
working conditions etc…etc…

(12) Cancellation: Once we confirm the technically & commercially clear order, we will
take up the manufacture of the machine immediately in hand. Hence, we cannot accept
any changes or cancellation of order and thus we cannot refund your advance amount
back to you.

(13) Jurisdiction : If any dispute/ disputes arise out of your order or our supplies to
you, the courts situated in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, are the final authority.

(14) Warranty : All our equipment is covered under warranty for the period of one
year from the date of dispatch against any manufacturing defects. This clause will not cover
the parts which must get the wear & tear during operation. These parts will be provided
on extra cost, against order. This clause will also not cover the electric motor, electronics
parts, other electrical goods & all other brought out items. We will provide replacement
of parts which have manufacturing defects only. Additional service (visit) of our technical
persons will be provided on chargeable bases only.

(15) General: Any condition or other matter relating to this offer not expressly stipulated,
will be a matter of mutual discussion and agreement at the time of accepting the order. If
this offer is accepted & order placed, all the above conditions of sale stand automatically
accepted by you.
