FACTS : On February 16 of 2023 in the morning, the
complaint went to the residence of the
suspect to check if his brother is in the
area where the suspect allegedly
committed murder against a deceased
victim named MARK B. BALINES,
via torture by using nails and hammer
to impale his fingernails, and slashed
wounds to the neck causing massive
blood loss leading to death.
REMARKS : Complainant and witness came to this office
reported and requested to put into record the
abovementioned facts. For reference.
