"Student", by means of this private agreement that is having the effect of a public contract, once registered; it is hereby agreed and stipulated as
follow.

PREMISE
Diplomatici is an NGO with consultative status at the United Nations ECOSOC. It is a world leader in training on international relations, geopolitics and
negotiation processes, as well as in the functioning of complex multilateral organizations. In addition, it is the only organization in the world to organize
"Change the World” in New York. Students who are wishing to take part in the conference must exceed the (free) selection test and obtain a scholarship
through an oral interview with Diplomatici’s Scientific Committee. Those who obtain the scholarship will be able to enroll in the Course - according to
the scheme described and in compliance with the provisions of the hereto attached Transparency Pact.
This agreement governs the will of the student who, in order to activate the financial content of the scholarship, must adhere to one of the following
packages of the CWMUN New York Course (Smart or Classic).

*All students who have been vaccinated, or who have not been able to vaccinate for one of the causes provided for by law, will be protected by Diplomatici through a policy with the Europe
Assistance insurance company, which will offer protection - in addition to general health coverage - for any expenses for any event relating to the possible occurrence of anti-Covid measures
in the US territory therefore, by way of example: need to extend the stay, return to the country of origin on dates other than those foreseen, costs for hospital admissions, etc

It is possible to sign this clause governing the unilateral withdrawal of the student, derogating from the general rules set out in art. 4 paragraph 1 of this contract.
The clause, if signed and paid during the adhesion phase to any of the described above formulas, guarantees a refund in favor of the student of 100% of the
subscribed fee (net of the option itself) in case of withdrawal from the program up to 7 days before departure to US territory and, if the withdrawal is due to
reasons related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the same can be communicated up to the day before departure.

Moreover, agreeing to the “Warranty Services HUB” option, Diplomatici will also guarantee the following additional services:
 Full refund of the paid amount in case of no departure.
 Direct assistance on activation of health coverage and any support for the necessary and subsequent logistical activities.
 Presence of a doctor, specialist in pneumology and respiratory diseases, who will follow the group for the entire stay and will offer free advice
with possible home care intervention.

The student undertakes to pay the participation fee resulting from the signing of this contract in the following times:
• 50% deposit within 72 hours of subscription,
• Balance of the remaining 50% within 30 days of subscription and, in any case, no later than 11/29/2021

methods), art. 4 (withdrawal), art. 5 (significant modifications of the contractual conditions), art. 6 (non-payment), art. 7
(cancellation), art. 8 (cancellation due to force majeure), art. 9 (Liability), art. 10 (scholarship), art. 11 (Obligations of Students ), art.
12 (competent court), art. 13 (Privacy Policy) art. 14 (photographic and video material).
