    This document describes an experiment to study pulse position modulation (PPM) using a sine wave input.     Aim :Study of PPM using Sine wave Input
    Equipments :
    Scientech 2110 with Power Supply cord
    Scientech Oscilloscope with connecting probe
     Connecting cords
    Connection Block Diagram:

    Procedure:
     Connect the circuit as shown in next figure and also described below for clarity.

    • Input of pulse position modulation blocks to sine wave output of FG block.


     Switch ‘On’ the Power Supply & Oscilloscope.
     Observe the output of PPM block TP (7) together with modulation signal input TP (6).
    Use Alternate Triggering to make the output stable at the Oscilloscope screen. Also
    decrease the amplitude of modulation signal generator gradually to fix the PPM pattern
    at the screen.
