    MASTER'S DECLARATION
    The undersigned, Master of MV ALGOMA INTEGRITY with Bahamas Flag,
    registered in Nassau, IMO Number 9405162, state as follow:
    That May 12, 2023 crew change have been carried out on my crew so we
    have been sailing at the US and Canada East Coast, Caribbean and Gulf of
    Mexico area since them and for the same reason no crewmember have
    been or have visited countries such as China, South Korea, Iran, UK,
    Ireland, Italy and rest of Europe during last 20 days.
    Following crew members recently joined the vessel:
    1. Mohan Lal / El. Engineer / Jacksonville, FL, USA / 12-May-2023;
    2. Jaiswal Nitesh/Trainee Electrician/Jacksonville, FL, USA/12-May-2023;
    In same way I hereby declare that this statement is true and correct to the
    best of my knowledge and belief.
