In my opinion both have their own advantages and disadvantages.

Working for a big company

requires special and additional qualifications and could be frustrating from time to time.
Responsibilities you take and work load might be stressing factors to deal with while you are also
handling with the competitive environment around you because in big companies tasks and their
degrees of difficulty always push you to work harder and more and this can easily make you feel
overwhelmed with your duties and the expectations. But on the other side in big companies, while
competing with challenges and obstacles, you can find a way to improve yourself in business wise
and also personally. There might be several options and positions for you if you want to change your
place and position. The network that you have comes with its advantages while you might have
some complaints about the limited time for your personal life and family. What is more; the
payment is usually satisfactory and under guarantee in institutional companies.

On the other side; working for a small company mostly requires basic qualifications and your
responsibilities are much less when compared with a big company. If you are good at what you do,
you can show yourself easily and be known in the sector which is a thing that comes with benefits
such as the feeling of trust and reliance. However, if your company is a small fish trying to survive in
the ocean, this might also be very exhausting and demanding for its employees, as well.

I think the best way is to analyse your targets and choose the best path that leads to it.
