Team Members will ll out this form and keep it in your binder all quarter.
Certain behaviors frequently create problems for groups/teams. To counter this, your team will create
norms/expecta ons that will encourage a posi ve learning experience and help hold each other
accountable. Later in the quarter your team will revisit these as you prepare for your nal presenta ons.
If di cul es arise within your team, these will be consulted. I will review these and sign o on them,
then each team member will sign them and return them to your binder for later reference.
Use the following ques ons to guide your norm crea on:
• How are we going to make decisions? Par cularly when dividing the work?
As a team.
• How will we inform each other if we are running late or absent from class and/or team
mee ngs?

4. How to Bene t from teamwork: You will be working with a team of 3-4 people all quarter during
class assignments and the nal team presenta on. To work e ec vely, however every member
of your team needs to contribute. If a member misses a class or scheduled mee ng or fails to
contribute on a team assignment, that person will not earn points for the assignment, or will
have to make up the work individually. You will have the opportunity to anonymously let me
know that you are having a problem with your team through an online survey.
