1. My childhood was filled with amazing memories that I will always cherish.
Because they always bring back wonderful memories, they were the days I
yearned to return to. Patintero is a children’s game usually played on empty
streets, school yards and beaches. It involves a grid drawn on the ground where
one team will try to pass through while the opposing team tries to catch them
without leaving the grid’s lines. I’ve loved this game because it is a team work. If
one team member was caught, your team will be the loser. And by the way the
team who will be the one catching the opponent should make sure to step on the
grid lines all the time.
2. Games with rules like patintero are also played in Pakistan, Ceylon, India and
China. They are known by names such as kabaddi, do-do-do, wandikali, bhadi-
bhadi and sabar gagana. In the Philippines, the other names are tubigan or tibig,
for short.
As played in India, kabaddi requires the players run while holding their breath. It
is mainly a game for men, and as such, it is an event in national tournaments.
There are variations of the game for women and bigger children. They also join
championships.
Pakistan , China and India are among of the top tier countries when it comes to
sports most of them are qualifiers for the world cup and continental
representative. Meanwhile in terms of Economic status China holds the largest
among the three China is considered as the tiger economy that is in line with
Japan , Russia and USA
