The secret to your stamina starts on a warm summer afternoon snuggled
inside what seems to be a hammock. Imagine beneath your external sexual
organs, sits a hammock that stretches from your tailbone to the pelvic bone.
It holds in place all those internal pelvic organs. Scientists call this the
pubococcygeus muscle. Say, “hello” because it is a part of whom you are
regardless of your age or what you look like. Even we Goddesses have one
of these lovely muscles deep within us and it can help us squirt water three
feet into the air.
 
What is the function of this lovely stamina beast within you?
 
      Controls the stop & start mechanism of your urine flow
      Provides the contraction during your orgasm

      Core stability

      Engages the Cremasteric Reflex.


 

This reflex is caused when a person (or


yourself) lightly strokes the inner part of the thigh (direction of your stroke
does not matter). The normal response is an immediate contraction of the
cremaster muscle that lifts up the testis on the side stroked (and only on that
side that the inner thigh was touched).
Here is a diagram of a man the orange and green shaded areas show were to

So there you are completely naked. Kali sits next you She smiles and asks,

began to notice the PC muscle . You do this by closing your eyes and
slowly tightening, lifting, and pushing in the pelvic floor muscles and
holding them to a count of six. Breathing in through your nose and out
through your mouth. This is the same sensation of “passing gas” but with

Be aware that the muscles do not want to stay tightened very long. When
you feel the contraction let go, you will want to retighten the muscles
slowly. Like the flow of a wave moving across the ocean it peaks then
drops. 
 
In a week or two, you will notice an improvement in the control and
holding power of the contractions. This is best if paced with breath.
 
In fact, in the beginning, you may only been able to hold the contraction for
3-5 seconds. Relax in between each set for at least 11 seconds. Open your
eyes and notice a bright beautiful color in the room. Draw in the color with
your mind and move it to your PC muscle. Not only is this a muscle but, it’s
an energy gateway and highly influenced by light (color). Putting the color
crimson (deep red) into your PC muscle will energetically strengthen it.
 
Science has indeed shown that visualization does work to some extent in
the field of sports psychology.   PC exercises are for the sexual athlete. In
fact, pro golfer and sex-fiend Tiger Woods is a well-known practitioner of
visualization for getting the results he desires—no doubt coming from his
Buddhist background. It is even noted that he uses color to intensify the
results-like you just did. Not that I know him personally.
 
Let’s review what you learned:
 
1.       It’s like farting. The “fart” sensation lifts up your pelvic floor.
*When you are about to orgasm that long contracted squeeze will help
reabsorb the ejaculate and maintain hardness.
 
2.       Close your eyes will intensify kinesthetic awareness. Breathe in
through your nose and out through your mouth. Hold for at least 6
seconds and relax during each set of squeezes.
3.       The flow of the sets is like a wave on the ocean.
4.       Use crimson color visualization to intensify the work out.

Kali Bliss wants you to smile and move on to the next sensing faculty
exercise to get you ready for the more advance stamina technologies. 
 
Let’s go on to the ‘Stop The Flow” exercise. I want you to get up and go to
the toilet. If you don’t feel an urge to urinate go and drink 2 glasses of luke
warm water. When you feel the urge go and do this exercise. The “Stop The
Flow” exercise refers to the flow of urine from your penis. The PC muscle
is the same muscle that you use to start and stop the flow of urine from your
bladder, through your penis.
 
This exercise it to build familiarity with the sensations associated with
stopping a flow of urine from your penis, in midstream. It will get you close
to isolating the sensations of exercising your PC muscle.
 
Once in the bathroom, concentrate on being especially aware of all of the
sensations surrounding your urinating. These sensations you probably
normally do not notice. Close your eyes so you build in more kinesthetic
awareness.
 
So the biggest thing I have noticed over time is how men have anchored in
the need to touch their penis when they pee. It’s like their hand is the on/off
switch. This means you have an unconscious anchor. Try to pee without
touching your penis only using the stop and start mechanism of your PC
flex. You might want to do this in the shower and allow the fluids to run
down the drain with the water from the showerhead.

 
 
Do this every morning until you build in an awareness so strong it grows to
be an unconscious ability like riding your bicycle.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
So who needs these exercises? If you are experiencing weak erections,
weak ejaculation, low volume of ejaculate, premature ejaculation or
impotence this book will be incredibly important to you.
 
Let’s take you through one man’s account of meeting Kali Bliss and doing
the advance PC exercises (sometimes referred to as Kegels) listed in the
next pages.

Advance Exercises
 
Warming up is important because you bring circulation for new tissue
growth. The best way to warm up is to heat up the muscles that surround
the sexual organs. This includes the muscles of the inside of the thigh, the
glutes and lower abdominals. Then go into warming up the PC Muscle.
 
Kali Bliss wants you to be a great lover. Not just some mediocre chump
sitting in an office chair moving his dick up and down. She wants you to get
the blood pumping through your veins so these exercises in this book work
110% more effective. This is why she included these warm ups to bring
circulation to your sexual parts.
 
Stand and Squat (warms up glutes, inner thighs and core muscles all used
for sex)
 
This inner thigh stretch requires a bit of balance. Start in a standing position
and then squat down, keeping your feet flat on the ground. Put your hands
out in front of you. Hold until you feel heat. Hold for a count of 5 and
repeat up to 11 times. This is to draw in more circulation to your sexual
parts. Another benefit is will also get a toner ass. Women have a thing for
nice butts on men.
 

 
After you warmed up doing the Stand and Squats start out by flexing your
PC and relaxing at a steady pace for a good 20 flexes, then rest for 20
seconds. Continue with 2 more sets, resting for 20 seconds between each.
After this is complete you should have better control over your PC muscle
due to the increased blood flow. Now go ahead and stand back up and doing
a few more Stand and Squats to break up the monotony.
 
PC Bouncers are like using a grip handle to strengthen the tendons in your
hand. They go fast and you do high number of reps. Make sure to keep
breathing-the breath is fast, rapid-in through the mouth and out through the
mouth.
 
Make sure you can here yourself breath. Because you are squeezing and
releasing incredibly fast it can feel like you are BOUNCING back and forth
in your chair. If you do this every day you will find yourself waking up with
rock hard erections every morning. See if you can go up to 100 in less than

*It is recommended you do the PC bouncers on a medium Pilates ball so
you can have the right form by having both your feet flat on the floor and

The Deepest Exercise
 
Flex your PC as hard and as deep as you possibly can. It literally feels like
you are pushing out the biggest bowel movement you have ever felt. When
you cannot squeeze any deeper, hold for 10 seconds and do deep abdominal
breathing. Making sure that breath is reaching all the way down to your
core.
 
Rest for 20 seconds. Repeat 3 times. After a month, you should be able to
do squeeze and hold for at least 2 minutes at a time. Now these deep
exercises help give steel to your erections. You will want to do this exercise
every other day to help the muscle recover.
 
Some say this feels like pushing a watermelon out. That is good, that is
when you know it is working. But make sure you are flexing your PC
muscle not your sphincter. At first, you might find it hard to isolate the two.

The Stair Stepper Exercise
 
 
The Stair Stepper is done by tightening and loosening your PC muscle in
increments. The higher you get the more strenuous the hold, we do this on a
scale of 1-to-10 1 is just acknowledgement of the PC and 10 is “holy shit
I’m squeezing out the watermelon.”
 
Start out by acknowledging your PC. This can be done by closing your
eyes, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth while
visualizing your PC.
 
Now go ahead and tighten it to a level 2 where it is incredibly soft. Hold for
5 seconds. Relax and feel the cushion under your butt. Breathe in through
your nose and out through your mouth. Visualize your PC muscle. How
healthy and vibrant it is.
 
Now go ahead and tighten your PC muscle to a 5 adding a bit more tension
than the last. Hold for 10 seconds. Relax and feel the cushion under your
butt. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Visualize
your PC muscle. How healthy and vibrant it is.
 
 
Now go ahead and tighten your PC muscle to a 7 adding more tension than
the last. Hold for 15 seconds. Relax and feel the cushion under your butt.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Visualize your
PC muscle. How healthy and vibrant it is.
 
Now go ahead and tighten your PC muscle to a 10 you are now squeezing
the watermelon out. Hold for 5 seconds. Relax and feel the cushion under
your butt. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Visualize your PC muscle. How healthy and vibrant it is.
 
This drill is to help those with premature ejaculation gain more control over
their sensing the levels of arousal. This will give you ability to be more
aware than before when to hold or release your ejaculation.
 
 
 
 
 
Star Wars
 
 
This was named Star Wars because we want to go above and beyond our
threshold and it may burn. Ever hold a weight until your muscle quivers and
you can no longer hold it. You literally fatigued the muscle. Now the
Trembler isn’t something you want to do every day.
 
It is done 2x a week at max since you are literally fatigue the muscle to
exertion . You do not want to have sex on these days. You will have very
little control over your ejaculate because the muscle will be fatigued. It is
used for developing intense strength and most porn stars do this to have
ever lasting erections.
 
Begin to tighten your PC muscle very slowly. So slow in fact that it should
take 3 minutes to complete. At some point you will feel that you can no
longer tighten your PC but KEEP GOING! Go beyond where you think you
can go up higher and higher into the stars. Feel the burn. Like the burn.
Enjoy the burn. Crave the burn.
 
Keep tightening until your PC begins to tremble. Hold VERY TIGHTLY at
that point and breathe very slowly in through your nose and out through
your mouth for 20 seconds.
 
At the end of 20 seconds tighten your PC even more, continually trying to
gain new ground. When the burning becomes overbearing finally release
and do 11 PC bounces. You should be very exhausted after this exercise.
 
 
 
Tuning Into Your Own Beat
 
Pick you favorite song and flex to the beat softly. Then as the song’s tempo
increases flex faster. If the song has a guitar solo hold to a steady until it’s
done. Be one with the music allowing your eyes to close. Feeling the music
move through your PC and up into your spine. Sometimes just having a
little fun helps thinks like exercise become more interesting.
 
Now this is an advance technique. Why? Because you already know how to
breath-shallow breaths are for fast bounce flexes and deep stomach breaths
are for holds. You need to be able to close of your mind and just feel the
sensation in your PC. To be fully aware of your senses and in your body-not
dissociated or outside of yourself looking at yourself from a third person
perspective. The best sex comes from a man who can be fully in his body
and enjoy the pleasure just as much as giving pleasure.
 
In hypnosis, we call the combination of senses (listening to music and
flexing) synesthesia. This is overlapping the senses for pure pleasure, in
Tantra we do this naturally. If you have not explored Tantra yet I highly
recommend you do. It’s like chicken soup for a relationship; reviving it and
giving it the romance it desires.
 
 
 
Towel Hanging Exercise
 
Now this exercise is a lot different than you traditional Kegel. You will
have to first massage yourself to a full erection. I highly recommend extra
virgin coconut oil because it has a microbial effect. Then place a dry light
washcloth on your penis close to the base.
 
Tense your PC muscle so your erection bobs and lifts the towel. Close your
eyes and breathe in through your nose. Feel the towel against your erection.
Feel it coming into contact with your skin. Now go ahead and flex your pc
muscle lightly.
 
Move the washcloth. Do this 10 times. Then wet the washcloth with warm
water.
 
Now that the washcloth is wet. Close your eyes and feel it in contact with
your skin. Go ahead and flex your PC softly 10 times.
 
This is an exercise to be done in the shower. After you do the exercise go
ahead and massage your lingam (penis) and notice the difference between
the bouncing fast paced kegels compared to the deep squeezes. Do this
every day in the shower until you notice a difference.
 
 
 
 
 
During Sex
 
When you are making love be aware of the position you are in. If she is on
top doing a Kegel will push your lingam deeper into her.
 
If you do a bouncing Kegel have the glans of your lingam touching her
clitoris so there can be a vibrational effect.
 
If you are having sex doggy style instead of moving your hips back and
forth just do fast repetitive kegels within her without having to move your
hips.
 
If you are in the missionary position do a deep flex to last longer.
 
Some say they let out gas when they kegel and it embarrasses them. So stop
eating foods that cause gas and if you do fart during sex while holding a
kegel just laugh. Your partner will probably laugh with you and it will ease
up the tension a bit.
 
There is so much you can do with kegels and getting to know how to flex
your lingam… Being aware of how powerful these new exercises are to
you.
Go out and have some fun during sex and last longer than before.
