KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

 
         I, FERNAN UMAYAN GALACE, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of 9 VM
Manangan St., Sapang Buho, Palayan City Nueva Ecija, hereby appoint, name and constitute
SHIELA LARGADO GENETA, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of Gloria St., Suclayin,
Baler, Aurora as my true and lawful attorney and representative to do any and all of the following
acts and deeds:

a. To collect my payroll salary and other benefits in cash or check at the Provincial Government
of Aurora;

b. To execute and process the necessary documents required for the collection of said
compensation and benefits due me, and sign any and all documents and papers, including
quitclaim forms, as well as claim/receive for and in my behalf said documents from the said
company, as well as to do any and all acts in order to accomplish the afore-stated acts and
deeds;

 
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do or perform any and all other acts and things necessary and proper to be done in and about the
premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I could lawfully do if personally present,
and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact or her duly appointed
substitute, representative or staff shall lawfully do or cause to be done in my behalf by virtue of these
presents, with full power of substitution.
