Groups
STEP 1
1. First is you have to search groups related to real
estate like Cebu real estate or cebu buy and
sell,cebu house and lot and of course our target
market like ofw in USA, Canada etc.

STEP 2
2. Choose groups that have many
members and allows maximum
posts of 10 posts a day. because
there are some groups that limits
to 3 posting a day only. Then click
JOIN. The VISIT button means
that you're already join the group.

3. TO POST IN FACEBOOK
GROUP YOU NEED TO READY
YOUR LISTING OR DETAILS OF
YOUR PROPERTY TO POST
STEP 4
GO TO YOUR GROUP AND CLICK “BUY
AND SELL” THEN CLICK “SELL
SOMETHING”
STEP 5
5. YOU CAN SEE " ITEM FOR SALE" TAP
AND PROVIDE THE DETAILS OF YOUR
LISTING PROPERTY .
STEP 6
6. WHEN YOU PUBLISH YOUR POST, YOU WILL
CHOOSE OTHER GROUPS WHERE YOUR LISTING
CAN BE LISTED TO THE OTHER GROUP PAGE AND
TO THE MARKETPLACE
REMINDERS FOR
POSTING
1. Some group is private. and ask you
some questions before you can
join the group. But there are public
groups that you can join anytime.
2. Start posting. In one ads, you can
post up to 21 groups incuding the
marketplace.

3. Limit your posts to 10 posts a day so


you will not get restricted in fb.
4. The ads will expire every week, you can
choose to renew or sold elsewhere so that
you can post again the same ads.
5. Posting duplicate ads with the same
picture especially primary picture and
title is not allowed
