ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
When trying to download the account statement in mobile application in higher SDK it fails.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
User must be able to download the account statement successfully In android application in higher SDK
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to android application
2. Click on Accounts >> Select any account >> click on download icon to download the statement
3. Click on paf or excel icon.
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot download account statement in android mobile application in higher SDK.
Issue is due to change in the higher SDK version greater than 8
To implement the solution, please execute the following steps:
1. Download and review the readme and pre-requisites for Patch: 34217308
2. Ensure that you have taken a backup of your system before applying the recommended patch
3. Apply the patch in atest environment
