Digital communication and technology helps to increase communication skills and attributes
between people to increase effective written and oral communication. I am working in a
construction site. There are different problems and issues that I encounter more often. It is
important for me to use the quick communication media and digital communication tool can
be more effective for me to make right and quick communication with my managers.
I can use smartphones to make effective oral communication. For sharing ideas between
different people where smartphones help to get effective interaction with large margin of
people from everywhere in the world. It also helps me to make decision making with
collaboration and communication with my manager.
Communication process changed a lot in the digital ages. Most of the communication is
running over social media and for the business, Google ads, social media presence, and SEO
friendly website helps business to make effective relation with each other. It is also effective
for me to use the social media communication to make effective collaboration with all of my
friends and teammates in the university and also in professional life too. During the Covid
time, I used Zoom to attend online class and increase my knowledge. It also helps me to share
my idea and feels to others and make effective study
Effective communication is more important in the business because it helps to share the
direction by leader in the business to all the employees. It also helps to share files with the
Cloud software. Management can transfer different feels to employs and also make effective
collaboration to make decision. Poor communication leads gap and misunderstanding
between employees to management that leads failure of business process.
